Wright Auctions is listing OXTAIL from the collection of Robert and Ruth Vogele. They purchased this one from the Construct Gallery in Chicago in the late 70s. Although it is small, it looks great.
In other news, there was an inquiry into HIGHLINE just outside the Van Nuys Post Office. Possible renovations to a barren plaza but there is a clean modern quality that is ripe for a little sprucing up. The original design was totally horizontal - the maquette is in the Smithsonian collection - I am glad KIPP decided to go vertical here.
