UNTITLED (FOR GENE), TRIPOLI and VGT
Added a print piece that was on an auction site created for Gene Baro by KIPP in 1964. Also, added some additional images of TRIPOLI including the original maquette that includes a human scale figure.
Finally, I added some entries to VirtualGlobetrotting.com. ALTO, CHEROKEE and CHICKASAW stood out because they were available in Google StreetView.

MAQUETTES
Information has come to light on 3 maquettes; RED WING, ALTO and SALUTE TO KNOWLEDGE.
RED WING and ALTO came to the current owners through the Timmerman estate. Since both of these pieces were originally installed at the Aurora Corporate Plaza at S Peoria and S Quentin in Aurora, the fact that they remained together as maquettes is quite interesting.
SALUTE TO KNOWLEDGE, also called ONLY YOU (TRIBUTE TO KNOWLEDGE) in KIPP's notes, came up for auction this past week. It looks to be in great shape and I hope it finds an appreciative home.

UNTITLED 2000
It has been a long time...this site will be renewed on 01/21/2013 in order to keep a record of KIPP's work on the web. In other news, I discovered a new acrylic held by The von Liebig Art Center in Naples, FL where KIPP has been living for many years. I added the piece to this site...original link is here

HUGO and DRAGON FLY
It has been some time since I received any new information to report. This week, while investigating Chattanooga, TN via satellite imagery, I noticed some work in a field near John Henry's sculpture studio. I confirmed with John directly that HUGO and DRAGON FLY have been maintained and will be part of a new sculpture park soon.
Stay tuned.
Stay tuned.

UNTITLED 1963
Received an inquiry earlier this week from a gentleman in the UK who was in the possession of an early 60s Parson's bronze. It is a great transitory piece that begins to inform much of the work created during the rest of this decade. The most surprising element is the lenticular shape that never again made an appearance. Excellent new entry.
